Editorial Policy
How we stay independent, how we review, and how we cite. Written so a treating oncologist can verify any claim in 30 seconds and a family can trust that no one is selling them a supplement on the other side of the recommendation.

Independence
We don't sell supplements.
We don't own a pharmacy. We don't have equity in any supplement company.
We have zero affiliate relationships with any drug manufacturer, supplement company, or pharmacy.
We don't earn a commission, referral fee, or kickback from any substance we recommend in a protocol.
Revenue comes from the Protocol Report and the service. Never from the substances in the protocol.
In Dr. Lorenzato's words: "We are not beholden to any pharmaceutical company. We create protocols. We create recommendations for protocols that you take to your oncologist. And with those protocols, we feel you can optimize your survival and minimize your collateral damage. We want your doctors to scrutinize us."
In a space where most providers have financial ties to the products they recommend: our only incentive is to give your loved one the best protocol we can build.
How every protocol is reviewed
Every Protocol Report goes through the same review chain before it reaches you:
- Multi-agent research pipeline. Defense networks are mapped, metabolic supply chains are traced, drug interactions are screened, and kinetic feasibility is estimated. Each step's reasoning and citations are logged.
- Adversarial Cancer Board review. A panel of specialist agents (medical oncology, pharmacology, integrative medicine, kinetics, safety) reviews the proposed protocol from competing angles and surfaces objections before it leaves the engine.
- Physician sign-off. Dr. Raymond "Mark" Lorenzato, MD personally reviews and signs every Protocol Report before delivery. Nothing ships without a licensed physician's review.
If a recommendation can't be defended, it isn't in your protocol.
Citation policy
Every factual claim in a Protocol Report is hyperlinked to a reviewed study. PubMed IDs are included alongside each recommendation so your treating oncologist can verify any claim in 30 seconds.
On the marketing site, we cite the strongest available source for mechanism claims and survey statistics. If a claim cannot be sourced to a reviewed study or a credible primary source, we either rewrite it to remove the implied precision or remove the claim entirely.
We do not aggregate, summarize, or paraphrase claims without a citation. We do not borrow conclusions from press coverage when the underlying paper is accessible.
How AI is used
The Lorenzato Process methodology is implemented as a multi-agent AI research pipeline. Generative AI accelerates literature synthesis, defense network mapping, metabolic supply chain tracing, and drug-interaction screening. AI is a research tool. AI does not make clinical decisions.
Every Protocol Report is reviewed and signed by Dr. Lorenzato before it reaches you. AI-assisted findings that he cannot defend are removed before delivery. AI-generated text in any Protocol Report passes through human review for accuracy, citation, and clinical judgment.
We disclose this here because we believe families deserve to know how the engine works. We are not hiding the AI. We are not pretending a doctor wrote every word from scratch. What we are saying is: AI does the search; a physician does the medicine.
Corrections
If you find an error on the site or in a Protocol Report you've received, email [email protected]. We treat factual errors as priority bugs.
Material corrections to a Protocol Report are sent directly to the patient and the treating oncologist. Marketing-site corrections are updated in place; if the change materially alters a published claim, we note it adjacent to the affected section with the date of revision.
Educational only. Not medical advice โ review any change to your treatment with your treating oncologist.
A protocol you and your oncologist can actually verify.
No supplement sales. No affiliates. No commissions. Every claim cited. Every protocol signed by a licensed physician before delivery.
