Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using orchestratedoncology.com (“the Service”) operated by Orchestrated Oncology (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Service Description

Orchestrated Oncology provides personalized cancer treatment optimization protocols (“Protocol Reports”) that are designed to complement, not replace, standard oncology care. Protocol Reports are informational documents prepared by a licensed physician for review by the patient’s treating oncologist.

Important Medical Disclaimer

Orchestrated Oncology does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescriptions (except in California where Dr. Mark is licensed to prescribe). Protocol Reports are intended as supplementary information for your treating oncologist’s review. All treatment decisions must be made by the patient and their treating physician.

The information provided in a Protocol Report is based on peer-reviewed research and clinical judgment but does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship (except for California concierge patients). You should not make changes to your treatment plan without consulting your oncologist.

The Oncologist Engagement Guarantee

If your treating oncologist reviews the Protocol Report and determines it does not meet basic clinical standards (not because they disagree with a specific recommendation, but because the document fails to demonstrate clinical rigor), we will refund your purchase in full.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  1. Your treating oncologist must have reviewed the Protocol Report
  2. The oncologist must provide a written statement that the report fails to meet basic clinical standards
  3. The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of Protocol Report delivery
  4. Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Disagreements with specific recommendations (clinical judgment varies)
  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes (cancer biology is complex; we optimize odds, not guarantee results)
  • Change of mind before receiving the Protocol Report (contact us for case-by-case consideration)

Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are in US Dollars
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Payment plans (2-pay and 3-pay) are available for all tiers
  • Prices are subject to change; the price at time of purchase applies to your order

Tier Upgrades

You may upgrade your tier after purchase. Contact us and we will apply your current payment toward the higher tier. You pay only the difference.

Delivery Timeline

  • Tier 1 (Standard): 10 business days from intake form completion
  • Tier 2 and 3 (Priority): 5 business days from intake form completion
  • Delivery timelines begin after intake form submission and any necessary case clarification

Protocol Updates (Tier 3)

Tier 3 includes a 30-day protocol update guarantee. If the patient’s treatment plan changes within 30 days of Protocol Report delivery, we will update the protocol at no additional charge. This covers changes to treatment type, dosing, or scheduling, not general re-evaluation requests.

Intellectual Property

Protocol Reports are provided for the personal use of the purchasing family and their treating medical team. You may share the Protocol Report with your oncologist and other treating physicians. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish Protocol Reports.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchestrated Oncology’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Protocol Report in question.

We are not liable for treatment outcomes, medical decisions made based on the Protocol Report, or actions taken by your treating physician.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
